Refunds

The important bits and pieces.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item if you would like a refund, or exchange.

We inspect the item and if it is unused and in a resell-able condition we will happily refund you your money. If the item is used, and not in original condition, we can still do a partial refund, as we do sell our second hand items for charity. Win-win for everyone.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Order cancellations for change of mind is not allowed. If there are concerns about the order, contact us and we can fix them.

If we made the error with your order, or the product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and we will cover the postage costs and replace your order immediately.
